Cork is a wonder material—naturally warm, flexible, strong, water resistant, and renewable. Designer Lars Beller Fjetland was inspired after salvaging soft, smooth pieces of driftwood cork from a beach in Norway and went on to use it as an alternative to upholstery in our family of Drifted Stools. The warm and tactile cork seat is paired with a sturdy oak frame for strength and longevity.
